Logs

The log file entries for a company can be displayed with this option.  Use this to monitor one company's activity for a given day.

The log viewer allows selection of a daily server log or job log file, and then displays lines from the selected file.  There are two modes: "Monitor Log" mode, which displays the most recent 500 lines and updates as the log file changes, and "Load Log" mode, where the entire file is loaded, and can be refreshed on demand.

The top bar of the Logs window is the file selection.  You can choose a log file and the display will update.  The toolbar functions change based on the mode.

•Download to download the log as a CSV file

The Options window allows selection of the display mode, and entry of a filter.  Only log lines matching the filter are displayed.

Log File Types

•Server logs show server activity associated with the company

•Job logs show events for each job on the day selected.  Events include submission to the server, receipt by the client, and delivery to the output device.
